On January 18th, 2024 from 3-5 PM, The Mt Zion HOP Shops recently hosted a Disco Bathroom Launch Party that turned out to be the talk of the town. One of the highlights of the night was the presence of the wildly popular Mr. Grouchy. Known for his charm and distinctive character, Mr. Grouchy not only entertained the crowd but also became the center of attention as customers flocked to get pictures, say hi, and even do a dance off with him https://www.tiktok.com/@officialmrgrouchy/video/7325648069826071851 . The excitement grew even more when he pushed the red button, setting the stage for a dance party in the disco bathrooms.
The atmosphere was electrifying as the sound of Bruce Springsteen’s “Dancing in the Dark” filled the air. Mr. Grouchy navigated the store, dancing down every aisle and connecting with everyone there. The crowd was in for another surprise when the Cincinnati Ghostbusters Ecto 513, driven by Skot, made a grand entrance, sparking wild cheers and admiration for the cool vehicle.

“It made me think of Jungle Jim’s port a potty bathrooms. This is HOP Shops version of their cool bathrooms.”
“I’m Skot. My first experience with “pushing the RED button” was right before Christmas when my car broke down near Louisville. Once we got going and were on our way back, we stopped at the Carrollton HOP Shop and pushed the red button and got the surprise of my life. It was pretty neat. If you get a chance, just go in there and push the red button”
“Just pushed the red button and it’s like being back in the ’60’s, I had a wonderful time.”
“I think it’s really fun. I’ve been to the other one down the street (in Florence). I was excited they started one here too. Each one has different music and I love that too.”
