Important Update

12/31/2025 Expiration Date

On December 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM, any Ribbiting Rewards account that has not accrued any Hopper Bucks within the previous eight months will be classified as active but in a dormant status. Dormant status applies only to point eligibility and does not suspend or deactivate the account.

All Hopper Bucks associated with an account in dormant status on December 31, 2025, will expire due to inactivity. The account itself remains active and may continue to earn Hopper Bucks on future qualifying purchases.

To remove an account from dormant status, simply make any purchase at a Hop Shops location using your rewards phone number or rewards card. This activity will immediately return the account to non-dormant status, and any accrued Hopper Bucks will be added to the Ribbitting Rewards account.

Dormant Accounts

A Ribbiting Rewards account is considered active but in a dormant status when no Hopper Bucks have been accrued for any continuous eight-month period within a calendar year. Dormant status affects only the eligibility of previously earned Hopper Bucks and does not limit the member’s ability to access or use the account.

If an account remains in dormant status on December 31 of that same calendar year, all accrued Hopper Bucks will be forfeited due to inactivity. Dormant status can be cleared at any time by making a qualifying purchase at Hop Shops within the calendar year, using either the rewards phone number or rewards card. This activity will immediately return the account to non-dormant status, and any accrued Hopper Bucks will be added to the Ribbitting Rewards account.

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Membership is complimentary and available to all customers. To enroll, download the Hop Shops app from the App Store or Google Play.

Point Expiration

Unused Hopper Bucks are subject to a 12-month rolling expiration policy. From November 1, 2025, Hopper Bucks will expire at the end of the calendar month in which they expire.

Discount Limitations

Discounts are limited to a maximum of 25 gallons of fuel per visit.

In-Store Purchases

The 2% back offer excludes lottery ticket sales and other restricted items as determined by Hop Shops.

Modifications and Termination

Hop Shops reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without prior notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Limitation of Liability

Hop Shops is not liable for any damages arising from participation in the program, including lost Rewards due to expiration or modifications.

By doing so, you agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages from Hop Shops to the mobile phone number you provided when signing up.
