HOP Shops offers On-Demand Pay. Get paid when you need it!  Rather than waiting until the standard weekly payday, employees can request earned wages through the mobile app, and get it directly deposited into their bank account on the same day (if funds requested Mon- Fri before 1 PM Eastern).
