Starting November 1, 2025, any unused Hopper Bucks will expire 12 months after they are earned, at the end of the calendar month. For example, Hopper Bucks earned in November 2025 will expire on November 30, 2026, if not used. Similarly, those earned in December 2025 will expire on December 31, 2026.
This change provides you with a little extra time to enjoy your rewards compared to a strict one-year rolling expiration.
ALSO: Dormant accounts exhibiting no activity for a period of six months will be deactivated, effective October 31, 2025.
