Why did Sheila, his Store Manager nominate him? This is what she said, “I have chosen Nathan for the employee of the month for my store. Nathan has been with me for almost 6 yrs. He was hired in as a full time cashier and has worked his way to Assistant Manager. He has a good attitude which helps him handle stressful situations very well. He is always willing to help out wherever he is needed; working extra shifts, cleaning, fixing anything that needs fixing and assisting customers with whatever they need. Everyone likes Nathan from his team members to the customers. He is very dependable and always willing to work anytime he is needed. He has even postponed his vacation time to keep the store schedule covered. I am glad and blessed to have Nathan as part of our Work Family. #NathanRockstar #grateful
