Key updates:
Everyday Fuel Discount: All previous member tiers have been streamlined, allowing every member to enjoy an automatic discount of $0.05 off per gallon every day, with no minimum spend required.
New Member 3-Tier Fuel Bonus: To encourage repeat visits, new members will receive a stackable fuel discount during their first three visits:
1st Visit: $0.10 off per gallon (up to 25 gallons)
2nd Visit: $0.20 off per gallon (up to 25 gallons)
3rd Visit: $0.30 off per gallon (up to 25 gallons)
Storewide Cashback: Members will earn 2% back in Hopper Bucks on all in-store purchases, excluding lottery transactions. These Hopper Bucks can be used like cash for future purchases.
Rewards Redemption Guidelines: Members can redeem rewards both in-store and at the pump through the Hop Shops App prior to purchase.
Fuel Redemptions: Discounts available in increments of $0.05 per gallon, up to a maximum of $0.25 off per gallon, with a 25-gallon limit per transaction.
In-Store Redemptions: Hopper Bucks can be redeemed at a fixed value of $1.00 in Hopper Bucks = $1.00 towards eligible non-fuel items.
Club Benefits Remain Active: All existing product-specific Clubs will remain active, allowing members to continue earning free items based on eligible purchases.
Rewards Catalog Enhancements: The Rewards Catalog will feature fixed-dollar value redemptions for greater clarity and ease of use.
Points Conversion: Current points will be converted automatically at the standard rate of 250 points = $1.00 in Hopper Bucks, ensuring a seamless transition.
Hopper Bucks Expiration Policy:
Earned Hopper Bucks are valid for 24 months from the date they are awarded.
Once redeemed, rewards must be used within 30 days or will expire.
