$10,000 Cruise Package Giveaway – Official Rules
1. Sponsor
The $10,000 Cruise Package Giveaway Promotion is sponsored by Coca-Cola and RJ Reynolds.
2. Eligibility
- The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
- Participants must be active members of the Ribbiting Rewards program. Membership can be obtained via the app, online, or in-store.
- Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor and its affiliates are ineligible to participate.
- This Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on April 1, 2026, and ends on December 21, 2026. All eligible entries must be received during this period to qualify.
4. How to Enter
- Participants will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase of eligible promotional products during the Promotion Period.
Eligible Promotional Products:
- Q2: Core / Powerade
- Q3: Sprite / Coke
- Q4: Energy Drinks
- RJ Reynold’s Velo Deals throughout the Promotion Period
Entries are only valid for purchases made at participating locations and linked to a Ribbiting Rewards account.
5. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a cruise vacation package with an approximate retail value of $10,000.
Prize Package Includes:
- Cruise certificate
- VISA Gift card to use for hotel stay & flight
The prize must be booked and redeemed within the 2027 calendar year. Travel dates are subject to availability and may have blackout dates.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
- One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will occur on or about December 22, 2026.
- The selected winner will be contacted using the contact information associated with their Ribbiting Rewards account. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required timeframe (7 days), or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
8. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factors impair its integrity or proper functioning.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, or misdirected entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur in the administration of the Promotion.
10. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion constitutes the winner’s consent for the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
11. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the acceptance or use of the prize.
12. Governing Law
