At HOP Shops, we believe in recognizing and honoring the incredible work our first responders do every day. In celebration of the NACS Foundation‘s 24/7 Day on July 24th, we had the privilege of celebrating First Responders in the communities we serve to express our gratitude and appreciation. This special day saw over 30,000 convenience stores nationwide participating, highlighting the vital role that first responders play in our communities.
Our team enjoyed bringing lunch to the dedicated officers of the Florence Police Department (pictured below) with our very own Dawn Dault, HOP Shop’s Store Manager.
Following our visit to the police department, we extended our gratitude to the Florence Fire Department by also bringing them lunch. Along with the meal, we presented Certificates of Appreciation to the firefighters, recognizing their bravery and dedication. We took this opportunity to remind both the police and fire departments that HOP Shops offers FREE fountain pop or coffee every day to first responders in uniform or showing their badge. This small gesture is our way of saying thank you for their continuous service and sacrifice.
As we continue to support our local heroes, we hope these acts of appreciation remind them of how valued they are by the entire HOP Shops family and the communities they protect. Thank you, first responders, for everything you do!
