The “FIPS” (Family, Integrity, Profitability, and Safety) Incentive is for all active‐regular full‐time employees. The Emmick family sets an allocated amount for the Bonus Pool. The amount is a percentage of net income. The bonus pool gets divided to each employee weighted by income and years of service. The FIPS Incentive will be paid out every year before Black Friday.
The “Years of Service” Incentive for full time HOP Shops employees has been increased. This incentive now pays $100/year on every 5-year anniversary. It is paid out in the first 2 weeks of December. These plans show the commitment the Emmick’s have to give back to all who contribute to our Valor Family.
